Elexus Predeal

Fairly clean and truly exceptional hotel with well-equipped and fashionable rooms. Staff was helpful, and facilities were good here. 10 minutes walk to a bus stop. The property of choice in Predeal.

The room was extremely spacious and nice styled, it had great wi-fi. The service was GOOD, including an excellent breakfast with other ingredients. The setting of hotel was great and peaceful, in a beautiful area.

The rooms are way too small and feel cramped!!! The pool area is under-maintained and dirty, while the sauna is disappointingly cold!!! The registration process could use a total overhaul to avoid the long delays!!!

It was clean, I will come back. The breakfasts were always sensational with other ingredients. Double room had a nice bed. Location: the hotel was near the restaurant, and the slopes...

the location was marvellous and the free parking was onsite. the room was modern, which also was warm.

The bed was too big, that's my bad luck.

Some common areas could benefit from more attention to overall maintenance.

Really good spa and good breakfast options

I loved the spa area. It was well-kept and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide array of fresh choices, including gourmet pastries that exceeded my expectations. I found the communication skills of some staff members in the restaurant could be improved, as ordering became a bit of a challenge.

The outdoor heated pool was a good retreat, comfortably set in a serene green area, providing easy access for seniors. I appreciated the beautifully maintained and renovated facilities.

The room was really nice and clean, we loved the heated pool even on a cloudy day. Breakfast had everything u could think of and was tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful and gives a chill mountain vibe.

Good, Good, Good

I had an very nice stay enjoying the heated outdoor pool that was really warm despite the winter chill! The breakfast spread was a gourmet feast, with both fresh pastries and live violin music. The staff, especially during dinner when they provided an exquisite wine presentation that was nice!
